Notes: Kapsowar can be reached by road from Eldoret, approximately two hours away by car (75km).

Eldoret is a largeish city from which regular shuttles run to and from Nairobi. (approximately 6 hours by road)

Eldoret also has a domestic airport about 20km outside the city and has daily flights to and from Jomo Kenyatta international airport in Nairobi. Flight time is approximately 35-40 minutes.
